Mesut Ozil sends message to Arsenal players that beat Huddersfield Town

Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has missed his club’s last three matches against Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and the recently played game against Huddersfield Town. The German international has struggled with back problems in the last few weeks and it seems like they are becoming a huge problem to his footballing career.

Mesut Ozil is known to work well in the 4-2-3-1 formation and Unai Emery has used the absence of the midfielder as an opportunity to try out new formations as witnessed in their match against Huddersfield Town this weekend because, the gunners used a unique 3-4-1-2 formation and even though they struggled, they finally won the game 1 nil thanks to a late goal from Lucas Torreira.

Arsenal fans are always eager to know whether the players that miss matches always take the chance to follow the game and react even when they didn’t participate. And it seems Mesut Ozil watched the match and took to Twitter to thank the team for getting all the three points.

He wrote;

“Yesss! Three points and the run continues, Good job Gunners.”

Most of the Arsenal fans replied saying that they missed Mesut Ozil in the matches which he has not been able to play, and some said that they hope that he is available for the upcoming Premier League match against Southampton at the St. Mary’s Stadium. There was a report a few days ago where a sports physician said that the cause of Mesut Ozil’s back injury was because he is playing too much video games.
