Jorginho reveals how Arsenal was able to make a come back win over Aston Villa

Arsenal headed into the dressing room at halftime while 2-1 behind but they however made a come back to win 4-2 and Jorginho has revealed how they were able to do that.

Arsenal made a stunning comeback to stun Aston Villa this weekend, going from two goals down to win 4-2 in the Premier League encounter at Villa Park. Goals from Ollie Watkins and Coutinho put the home side 2-1 up at halftime, but Arsenal fought back in style with equalisers within 16 minutes of the restart by Zinchenko and Jorginho. Martinelli added a fourth late on before the referee called time on proceedings.

Jorginho revealed that his team had a half-time chat where they discussed the basics of getting back into the game, which is exactly what they did, with superb determination and grit in coming back from behind. It was a classic example of how competitive and enthralling the Premier League can be when teams go head to head.

“That’s the Premier League. The best league in the world. Beautiful. We had a chat at half-time, went back to basics which was what we needed to go. And we changed the game.” Jorginho told BT Sport.

This remarkable comeback victory will provide an enormous amount psychological confidence going forward into their next set of tough fixtures. As always best displayed during Saturday’s match,Arsenal have proved once again that they always have one eye looking forward towards success and glory in the Premier League this season.
