The Premier League has returned this weekend and the fans of Arsenal might have received some good news ahead of their match against Fulham.

Arsenal fans have received some good news ahead of their match against Fulham on Sunday. There is now hope that Gabriel Jesus might be available for selection in this game. Journalist Ryan Taylor tweeted, “Gabriel Jesus in training & under assessment ahead of potential return to matchday squad.”

Gabriel Jesus sustained an injury at the World Cup in December which ruled him out for three months. He went under the knife to address the issue and spent time recovering overseas before working with Arsenal medics in England in January. He recently returned to full training but fans didn’t know when he would be back.

Arsenal is currently leading the Premier League table with 63 points after 26 games, but they are closely followed by second-placed Manchester City, which has 58 points. The return of Gabriel Jesus could give Arsenal a much-needed boost as they look to maintain their lead at the top of the table.
