VIDEO: Arsenal star Thomas Partey scores an exceptional goal for Ghana

Arsenal star midfielder Thomas Partey has scored an exceptional goal for Ghana in the Africa World Cup qualifiers and the fans are happy for him.

Arsenal central midfielder Thomas Partey was given permission by the club to go back to his country, Ghana to take part in the 2022 World Cup, Africa qualifications and he scored a beautiful goal that has surprised many supporters of the North London club.

Arsenal completed the signing of Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid in the 2020 summer transfer window and he has of course turned out to have been a good investment but there has been one thing about him that has frustrated the fans. Thomas Partey has shown that he likes taking shots but he has never scored a goal for Arsenal despite many attempts since he arrived but it looks like that might not be the case in matches for his country.

Thomas Partey was in the starting eleven of Ghana that played against Zimbabwe and he scored an exceptional goal as they beat their opponent 3-1, and the Arsenal supporters are happy for him as seen in the comments of the video below.

THOMAS PARTEY’S GOAL

Thomas Partey is sometimes deployed a bit forward in the midfield line for Ghana and so it will be interesting to see if Mikel Arteta will ever try him in a similar position in the future. The Arsenal supporters will hope that the goal Partey scored gives him confidence ahead of his return to the Emirates Stadium since they are still waiting for his first goal in the colours of the North London club.
