The Emirates FA Cup is less than 24 hours from now and it's now reported that Arsenal will be without two of its stars after they got axed from the squad by Arteta.

Arsenal will face Chelsea in the Emirates FA Cup this Saturday and gunners head coach Mikel Arteta has selected his squad that will be taking part in this game, and you would usually believe that all senior players would atleast be on the bench since they were increased but it’s however been claimed that the Spanish boss has left out two stars.
The FA Cup final will be Arsenal’s main and most important game of the season and all players will obviously be looking forward to being there but it’s however been confirmed that both Mesut Ozil and Matteo Guendouzi will not be in the matchday squad, and this comes as very disappointing for some gooners who hoped this would be the last time they get to see them in an Arsenal match since its believed that they could both be sold in this summer transfer window.
Sports journalist Chris Wheatley says that Mesut Ozil is no longer even in England as he has traveled to Turkey which means that he was already told that he was not going to get selected in the matchday squad hence traveling and Matteo Guendouzi hasn’t been training with his teammates ever since that incident that happened at Brighton.
Ozil is yet to feature for Arsenal ever since the restart
Mesut Ozil’s situation has been so surprising and confusing as the German international was one of the best players in Arteta’s first games at the club but he has never got a chance after the league restarted and the boss hasn’t been direct in answering why the World Cup winning midfielder is never in the squad. Guendouzi’s situation is however pretty clear as it’s reported that Arteta was not happy with the antics of the French international and the midfielder then later refused to apologise hence getting axed from the squad.
