Arsenal will tonight face Fiorentina in Charlotte, USA and the gunners have released their lineup that will play in this game. It looks like Unai Emery has decided to start many youngsters in this game as their opponent isn’t that tough, he has made a number of changes on the squad that faced Bayern Munich a few days ago.
ARSENAL LINEUP TO FACE FIORENTINA
Martinez, Chambers, Mustafi, Monreal, Jenkinson, Olayinka, Burton, Kolasinac, Nelson, Saka, Nketiah
This is a big match for the likes of Reiss Nelson, Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah because this is a perfect opportunity to show Unai Emery that they deserve to be in the first team squad this season and hopefully, they put on an incredible performance today.
It looks like Unai Emery has decided to use three at the back and Chambers has been selected there as a centre back even though he played as a defensive midfielder for Fulham last season but this shows how Arsenal values him more as a defender. Emiliano Martinez starts in-goal and he will play confidently while knowing that he will be Arsenal’s second choice goalkeeper next season.
Arsenal will later face Real Madrid before leaving USA next week and Unai Emery will be hoping that this pre-season tour has helped his players to regain fitness as well as him identifying the youngsters that are ready for first team football.
