Unai Emery receives major injury boost ahead of February fixtures

Arsenal head coach Unai Emery has been seeing his best players get injured every month but he has however received some good news ahead of their February fixtures.

Arsenal has this season been troubled by injuries and Unai Emery has some times been forced to play some players out of position. The gunners crumbled in the month of December and lost their unbeaten run, got knocked out of the Carabao Cup because of injuries.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery has received some good news today as Henrikh Mkhitaryan has returned to training this week but he will of course miss the match against Manchester United on Friday. Henrikh Mkhitaryan got injured in Arsenal’s match against Tottenham Hotspur in the Carabao Cup quarter finals and he has missed a great number of matches and the gooners will be more sad that he misses their encounter vs Manchester United on Friday because he would definitely want to punish his former club.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan used Twitter to reveal the good news of him coming back to training but it seems like he is training alone for now but he is expected to return to full training in the coming days. He did not add any caption on the pictures, he uploaded.

This is a massive boost to Unai Emery because he will now not include attacking midfielders in his transfer wish list because Henrikh Mkhitaryan is returning ahead of the upcoming UEFA Europa League matches. The gunners will also need Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the Premier League and the upcoming FA Cup matches ( if they beat Manchester United ).
