Arsenal reveals why Lacazette misses Bournemouth match

Alexandre Lacazette is not on the starting eleven of Arsenal that will face Bournemouth this afternoon, the club has however released a statement on its official Twitter account on why the French international, misses today’s action.

“Lacazette (tight groin) misses out today as a precaution” said the club on its official Twitter account.

So Unai Emery has today selected the following lineup to face Bournemouth.

Leno, Bellerin, Sokratis, Mustafi, Holding, Kolasinac, Torreira, Xhaka, Mkhitaryan, Iwobi, Aubameyang

Substitutes: Cech, Maitland-Niles, Elneny, Ramsey, Ozil, Guendouzi, Nketiah

Arsenal fans will be hoping that Alexandre Lacazette returns in the following week since their next Premier League opponents are against Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United and they will need all their star players to be available for this encounter.

Arsenal’s match against Bournemouth will be starting in a few minutes from now. A win for the gunners will help them be one point behind the Premier League top four.
