Arsenal Releases Injury Update On Ozil, Koscielny, Petr Cech And Others

Arsenal has given an update on the players that are currently injured.

Club football will be back soon and the gunners will face Leicester City and Arsenal has released a report on its official website which reveals the status of the injured Arsenal players.

Mesut Ozil missed Arsenal’s match against Fulham last Sunday due to back spasm but the club has confirmed that the German international has returned to full training, meaning he will probably be available for their upcoming match against Leicester City.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles got injured in Arsenal’s first match against Manchester City a few weeks back but the youngster has finally returned to full training and will now have to work hard to get back into the first team.

Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny has an Achilles injury and the French defender will be hoping to return to the pitch by November according to the statement made by the North London club. The Arsenal supporters will be hoping to see him back because he is a very good centre back who would help in strengthening their defence.

Petr Cech got injured in Arsenal’s match against Watford a few weeks back and the Czech Republican international and the club has revealed that the goalkeeper will be assessed before their match against Leicester City.

Danny Welbeck was removed from the England squad after he sustained a hamstring injury and will also be assessed before Arsenal’s match against the foxes.
