Arsenal receive bad news ahead of match against Brentford just minutes to the game

Arsenal have officially arrived at the Gtech Community Stadium ahead of their crucial Premier League clash against Brentford, but noticeably absent from the traveling squad is Raheem Sterling. The winger, who has been a significant figure for the Gunners since his arrival, did not accompany the team, raising questions about his availability for the match.

Sterling’s absence could be a blow to Mikel Arteta’s plans as Arsenal aim to secure all three points and keep up momentum in the title race. While the club has not yet provided an official update on why Sterling was not present, his exclusion leaves Arsenal without one of their most experienced attacking options.

This development places additional responsibility on players like Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard, who are expected to step up in Sterling’s absence. Arsenal’s squad depth will be tested, especially as they continue to deal with injuries to key players like Bukayo Saka.

Despite the setback, Arsenal’s traveling squad appeared focused and determined as they arrived at the stadium. Arteta will need his team to remain composed and adaptable as they face a challenging Brentford side eager to spoil Arsenal’s New Year celebrations.
