Arsenal makes a decision on whether to sell Partey in the summer transfer window

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is reportedly considering a move back to LaLiga at the end of the season if he cannot secure a continued stay with the Gunners, as per reports from FootballTransfers. The Ghanaian player’s contract at the Emirates Stadium is set to expire in 2025, making the upcoming transfer window a crucial period for his future.

Despite Partey’s preference to remain at Arsenal, the club is purportedly keen on offloading him to improve their financial stability, with the Premier League contenders aiming to bolster their financial position through player sales.

Partey’s season at Arsenal has been marred by injury setbacks, limiting him to just six league appearances so far. These fitness concerns have undeniably impacted his ability to perform consistently for the team, raising questions about his long-term viability within the squad.

A return to LaLiga would likely spark interest from various clubs given Partey’s previous success in the Spanish league with Atletico Madrid. His physicality, tactical intelligence, and passing abilities make him an attractive prospect for teams looking to strengthen their midfield options.

As the season progresses and the transfer window approaches, Partey’s future at Arsenal remains uncertain. Whether he will ultimately secure a new contract with the Gunners or venture back to LaLiga to reignite his career, only time will tell. Stay tuned for further developments on this potential transfer saga in the coming months.
