Arteta reveals whether Ben White will be available for game against Brentford

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided an update on the fitness of defender Ben White ahead of their upcoming Premier League clash against Brentford. White missed Arsenal’s recent game due to an injury, but Arteta remains hopeful that he will be available for the match.

Speaking about White’s fitness, Arteta said, “Again, hopefully if he’s available to train today, he will be available to play. It’s a question mark to be resolved in the next few hours.” This suggests that White’s availability will depend on his ability to train and recover from his injury in time for the game.

White’s potential return would be a boost for Arsenal, who are currently in 3rd position on the Premier League table with 27 points in the 2023/24 campaign. Their recent victory over Burnley showcased their strong form and desire to push for success. Having White back in the lineup would provide Arteta with more defensive options and strengthen the team’s backline.

However, Arteta will need to make a decision based on White’s fitness and readiness to play. The manager will likely assess White’s training session before making a final call on his inclusion in the squad.

As Arsenal prepares to face Brentford, Arteta will be looking to maintain their momentum and secure another vital three points. The availability of key players like White will be crucial in achieving this goal. Arteta and the Arsenal faithful will be eagerly awaiting the resolution of White’s fitness question mark and hoping for positive news ahead of the game.
