Arteta reveals what Arsenal will do to secure win over Manchester City

Arsenal will in less than 24 hours face Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium and Mikel Arteta has opened up on how they will secure a win.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has revealed the key to defeating Manchester City in their upcoming Premier League clash. Despite their poor record against City in recent years, Arteta believes that his team must be at their best in every department for the entire duration of the match if they want to have a chance of securing a victory.

“We aren’t looking back for sure because there were different players participating in those games, but we know one thing for certain, that we’re going to have to be at our best. We have to be at our best in every department for 100 minutes. Then we have a chance.” Mikel Arteta told Arsenal’s official website.

Arteta acknowledges that looking back at past matches against City will not be helpful, as there have been changes in personnel. Instead, he emphasizes the importance of being at their best for the entire 100 minutes of the game. This means that every player must step up and perform to their highest potential in every aspect of the game.

Defensively, Arsenal will need to be solid and organized to contain City’s attacking prowess. They will need to stay focused and disciplined throughout the match to minimize any defensive errors. Additionally, their midfield and attack will need to be sharp and clinical in order to create scoring opportunities and convert them into goals.

Furthermore, Arteta highlights the importance of maintaining this level of performance for the full duration of the match. Against a team like Manchester City, who possess great quality and depth in their squad, any lapse in concentration or drop in intensity can be costly. Arsenal must remain fully engaged and committed from the first whistle to the last.

While the statistic of Arsenal’s failure to keep a clean sheet against City at the Emirates Stadium is discouraging, it should serve as motivation for the players to prove themselves and show that they are capable of achieving this feat. With their passionate fans behind them, Arsenal can create an intimidating atmosphere for their opponents and strive for success.

As Arsenal prepare to face Manchester City, the fans will be eagerly anticipating the clash and hoping that their team can defy the odds. Arteta’s message is clear – they must be at their best in every department for the entire duration of the match. If they can achieve this, they will have a chance to secure a positive result against the reigning champions.
