REVEALED: The player Arsenal wasn’t willing to sell to Saudi clubs for €200m

Fabrizio Romano, a renowned football transfer news expert, has recently revealed some interesting information about Arsenal’s summer transfer window. According to Romano, Saudi clubs expressed interest in signing Arsenal player Gabriel Magalhaes, but the Gunners were not willing to sell him for any price, not even €200 million.

Gabriel Magalhaes, a 25-year-old Brazilian defender, has been a key player for Arsenal since joining the club last year. He made an immediate impact and quickly established himself as a regular starter in the team. In fact, he played in all 38 league games for the Gunners last season, showcasing his importance to the squad.

His performances were instrumental in helping Arsenal secure a second-place finish in the league. His defensive prowess and ability to read the game made him an invaluable asset for the team. It is no wonder that Saudi clubs were interested in acquiring his services.

However, despite the interest from Saudi clubs, Arsenal remained firm in their stance of not wanting to sell Gabriel. According to Romano’s sources close to negotiations, there was never even a concrete option or negotiation between clubs regarding Gabriel’s potential transfer.

The fact that Arsenal rejected an offer of €200 million speaks volumes about their belief in Gabriel’s abilities and his importance to the team. It also highlights their determination to hold onto their key players and build a strong squad for future success.

This news will undoubtedly come as a relief to Arsenal fans who have seen their club lose several key players in recent years. The Gunners are keen on retaining their best talents and building a competitive team capable of challenging for major honors.

As the new season kicks off, Gabriel Magalhaes will continue to be an integral part of Mikel Arteta’s plans at Arsenal. His defensive solidity and leadership qualities will be crucial as they aim to improve on last season’s achievements and compete at the highest level both domestically and in Europe.
