Arsenal have announced the signing of David Raya Martin from Brentford on a loan deal and he becomes the gunners fourth summer arrival.

Arsenal Football Club has officially announced the signing of Spanish international goalkeeper David Raya on a season-long loan deal from Brentford. The 27-year-old shot-stopper has been a key player for the Bees in recent seasons, featuring in all 38 of their Premier League matches last season.
The acquisition of Raya is seen as a significant move by Arsenal, as they aim to strengthen their squad for the upcoming season. Arsenal Sporting Director Edu expressed his delight at the signing, stating that Raya is a top-quality goalkeeper who consistently performs at a high level. He believes that Raya’s addition will bring both quality and depth to the team, enabling them to compete at the highest level in all competitions.
Raya’s arrival at Arsenal will see him compete with Aaron Ramsdale for the starting goalkeeper position at the Emirates Stadium.
This summer transfer window has been an active one for Arsenal, with several notable signings already completed. The Gunners secured the services of 24-year-old attacking midfielder Kai Havertz from Chelsea for a whopping £65m.
