Arsenal young winger Reiss Nelson will soon sign a new contract to extend his stay at the Emirates Stadium and details of it have been revealed.

Journalist Santi Auona has revealed the details of Reiss Nelson’s new contract with Arsenal, which is set to be signed soon. The 23-year-old forward has only made a few sub appearances for Arsenal in the Premier League this season, but he has managed to score three goals and make two assists in his limited game time.

According to Santi, Nelson’s new Arsenal contract will run until 2027, with an option for another year. He will earn £100k-a-week, with a £5million signing bonus. Arsenal expect Nelson to sign the contract when he returns from vacation.

Nelson joined Arsenal’s academy at just nine years old and made his first-team debut in September 2017 at just 17 years old. Since then, he has made over 50 appearances for the club and has been touted as one of their most promising young talents.

With his new contract set to keep him at Arsenal until at least 2027, it is clear that the club sees him as an important part of their future plans. His impressive performances this season have shown that he has what it takes to succeed at the highest level and fans will be hoping that he can continue to develop and become a key player for the club in the years to come.

Overall, while missing out on the Premier League title this season will be a disappointment for Arsenal fans, securing Nelson’s future at the club is a positive move that shows their commitment to building for the future. With his new contract set to be signed soon, fans can look forward to seeing him continue to develop and hopefully help lead Arsenal to success in the years ahead.
