Arsenal legend reveals what Gunners should be careful about in the title race

Arsenal has been outstanding this season and gunners legend Patrick Vieira has opened up about their chances of winning the league, and what they should be careful about.

Arsenal legend and current manager of Crystal Palace Patrick Vieira has revealed that he believes that the gunners will win the Premier League this season. Arsenal on Saturday beat Aston Villa 4-2 at Villa Park and returned to the top of the league table since Manchester City drew in the same weekend.

Patrick Vieira however warned that the gunners would be chased to the last day by Manchester City. “I think the Premier League title is Arsenal’s to lose, to be honest. I think Arsenal did really well against Villa on Saturday, to bounce back with that 4-2 win at Villa Park,” said Vieira as per journalist Chris Wheatley.

“They are just in a really good place at the moment, with a lot of confidence. But I still believe Manchester City will chase Arsenal until the very last day of the Premier League season. But I think it’s Arsenal’s title to lose.” he added.

Vieira’s comments come as a boost for Arsenal fans who have been waiting for a long time for their team to win another Premier League title after their last success in 2004. The Gunners have been in good form this season and are currently two points clear of second placed Manchester City with still many more games to go.

Only time will tell if Patrick Vieira’s prediction comes true but one thing is certain – Arsenal fans everywhere will be hoping he is right!
