Arteta’s Arsenal likely to be without three players in Manchester United clash

Arsenal will at the weekend face one of their rivals Manchester United and here are three players that the gunners will likely be without on Sunday.

Arsenal are currently at the top of the Premier League table and they will at the weekend hope to extend their lead at the top with a win against a Manchester United side that has been outstanding this season. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will wish to have all his players available for the match but we take a look at three players that are likely to miss.

1. CEDRIC SOARES

Cedric Soares joined Arsenal in 2020 and he has failed to secure a starting eleven spot but he is someone that always gives his all when called upon. Cedric Soares is apparently recovering from a muscle problem and with all rumours about his future then he is likely to not be available for the game against Manchester United.

2. REISS NELSON

Reiss Nelson will likely not be in the Arsenal squad that plays against Manchester United as he continues with his recovery from a hamstring injury.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta will want to have all options available for the gunners when they face Manchester United even if Reiss Nelson wouldn’t be in the starting eleven. As Arsenal’s match against Newcastle United showed, the gunners usually struggle if their starting eleven doesn’t get the job done.

3. MOHAMED ELNENY

Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny is set to miss Sunday’s Premier League clash against Manchester United due to a knee injury.

The Egyptian international has not been a regular starter for the Gunners this season and but his always expected to be on the bench at least.

He picked up the injury in training and Football.London confirms that he is now a big doubt for the game against Manchester United.
