REVEALED: The latest on Gabriel Jesus’ move to Arsenal

Arsenal fans have spent some time without getting any update on the deal of Gabriel Jesus and its however finally been revealed.

Arsenal seemed to have had a slow start to the summer transfer business but things have started heating up in the last few days as the gunners seem close to finishing their other deals after the arrival of Marquinhos. Gabriel Jesus has been a name that Arsenal supporters have heard for weeks now and the gunners might have received some good news on their pursuit of the player.

Arsenal are on the hunt for a new striker in this summer transfer window because they lost Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette last season, and so Mikel Arteta will want to get a replacement as soon as possible because they can’t go into the new season with only Eddie Nketiah and Folarin Balogun. Gabriel Jesus has been selected as the perfect striker for the gunners and the fans have for long been waiting for the club to finally move from just interest, and start negotiations with Manchester City.

A report by Goal has confirmed that Arsenal have accelerated their attempts to sign Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City after having had a bid of around £30million rejected by the reigning Premier League Champions. The report claims that Manchester City hope to get at least £50million from the sale of Gabriel Jesus but that the gunners are confident that they will close the deal as they are still in the negotiations.

Arsenal seem to have completed their second signing, Fabio Vieira even though it’s however yet to be fully announced by the North London club and so the fans will hope that the Gabriel Jesus deal also gets finished.
