Arsenal lineup to face Newcastle revealed as Arteta makes some changes

Arsenal have released their starting eleven that will face Newcastle United in a bid to return to the Premier League top four and Mikel Arteta has made some changes.

Arsenal has today been welcomed at the St James’ Park by Newcastle United for this important match that could be important in determining whether the gunners qualify for the UEFA Champions League or not. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has come out with the best squad that he has available and he has obviously had to make some changes to the squad that lost to Tottenham Hotspur.

ARSENAL STARTING ELEVEN TO FACE NEWCASTLE UNITED

Ramsdale, Tomiyasu, Gabriel, White, Tavares, Elneny, Xhaka, Odegaard, Smith Rowe, Saka, Nketiah

SUBSTITUTES:

Leno, Lacazette, Pepe, Martinelli, Patino, Lokonga, Swason, Cedric

Arsenal will of course not be with Rob Holding as he received a red card in the North London Derby a few days ago and the fans will be pleased to know that their other centre back Ben White is back into the starting eleven after having suffered a hamstring injury a few weeks ago. The gunners will come into this match while under pressure because Tottenham Hotspur won their game at the weekend and are in the Premier League top four as per now.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has in all press conferences clearly said that he believes that they can clinch the Premier League top four since it’s in their hands and they just need to just win their last two games.
