Arsenal like all Premier League clubs have taken a financial hit due to the Coronavirus putting an end to all the top five leagues in Europe and this will also affect the summer transfer window as most clubs will definitely have a low amount of money to spend. Mikel Arteta will be disappointed that he might not receive enough funding in the transfer window but former Arsenal star Kevin Campbell has advised him about being smart in the transfer market.
The gunners have in the last few years been criticised for not spending money in the transfer windows but they however finally spent a lot of money in last year’s summer transfer window to bring in a lot of players including Nicolas Pepe who was signed from Lille for £72million but they have however not been impressive as they would have thought and the club is on course to make a huge loss.
Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell believes that he doesn’t know how the club will be able to spend money in the summer without investment from the owner but he however advised Mikel Arteta to try to get Willian and Fraser since they will be leaving for free at the end of the season.

“You can get Ryan Fraser on a free transfer, his assists for Bournemouth were double figures last year, I know he suffered injuries but he’s still been having a decent season.” Kevin Campbell told Metro UK.
“There’s talk of Willian, I like Willian, there’s still a lot of life left in him. He actually suits what Mikel Arteta wants to do, playing in a three, he’s got pace, he can beat people, he can score goals and we could get him on a free, and he’s experienced.”
Willian has already been linked with a move to Arsenal in the upcoming transfer window and it was also said that David Luiz had begun the job of trying to convince him to come to the Emirates Stadium and Ryan Fraser was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal in 2019 but the gunners opted to not making a move for him even though he had shown interest in coming to North London. Campbell believes that Fraser and Willian would be a great addition to Arteta’s team.
