Mikel Arteta speaks out on his health and his daily workplan at home

It's been over a month now since Mikel Arteta was confirmed to be positive of COVID-19 but he has however given an update on his health and daily workplan.

Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta tested positive for COVID-19 a month ago and he has since then recovered from the virus and has begun doing some work with his squad as they wait for the return of the Premier League. The Arsenal boss has spoken out on his current health and his daily workplan at home.

Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta went into self quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19 and all his players were immediately tested but they however fortunately tested negative and this was a huge relief for the gunners since they were fears that the Spaniard could have spread it to a number of players since he was interacting with them.

Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has as the players spent the last month at home and he didn’t need to go to the hospital as it seems his immunity was strong and the virus never affected him so much. Arteta recently talked with the Arsenal Player and was asked about his well-being and his daily workplan since he is also forced to work from home as everyone due to the pandemic.

“I am good. I am healthy and my family is healthy. I’ve been working for the club, spending time with the players and spending time with the family and I am communicating with my relatives, like we all do.” said Arteta

Everyone is currently under the lockdown and Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was also asked how he spends his day at home and he revealed how he is always in constant communication with his coaching team as well as having time for family as he even admitted to have watched 35 kids movies in the last few weeks.

“Well, I get up quite early. I like to spend an hour or two in the office by myself and then, by nine o’clock, my three kids normally come down, so I have some breakfast with them and my wife as well and then I start to make phone calls and start to organise work and start communicating with my staff, the backroom staff and senior people at the club.” said the 38-year-old Arsenal boss.

“Then we have some lunch – in the last few days in the garden because the weather has been really, really good – and then after that I get back to work. I put things in place and have some individual meetings and some unit meetings with the players, and then I have dinner with my family and watch a kids movie. I’ve watched like 35 kids movies in the last five weeks, but yes, we have time for everything.”
