Sokratis, Tierney, Nelson & Kolasinac latest Arsenal team news ahead of Chelsea game

Arsenal's next Premier League match will be up against Chelsea on Tuesday and they've released the latest team news ahead of this game.

Arsenal will tomorrow face Chelsea away from home and they will be hoping to walk away with all the three points since they could still get a Premier League top four finish if they get a win over The Blues at Stamford Bridge. The gunners will however come into this match with a lot of injuries and Arsenal has released the latest team news ahead of this London Derby.

Kieran Tierney got injured in Arsenal’s 3-1 win over West Ham United a few months ago and he has since then been on the sidelines. The Scottish left back has however begun light training and as per the club, he will be back to full training in March. Sead Kolasinac has been playing with an injury in the last few weeks and the club has confirmed that the Bosnian international will be back at the start of February due to a thigh injury.

Sokratis Papastathopoulos missed Arsenal’s match against Sheffield United due to an illness and the club has however not confirmed if he will be able to play in tomorrow’s London Derby. The centre back will be assessed before the match. Calum Chambers got injured in Arsenal’s 2-1 loss to Chelsea a few weeks ago and he will be out for six to nine months.

Reiss Nelson missed Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with Sheffield United because of an injury that he sustained in training and it’s now been confirmed that he will be returning at the start of February. The gunners will be hoping that Reiss Nelson comes back healthy because it looks like Mikel Arteta has chosen him as his ideal player that he wants to take to the next level. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will of course miss tomorrow’s game since he is still serving a three game ban.
