BREAKING: Kieran Tierney reportedly on the verge of joining Arsenal

The Kieran Tierney transfer saga is coming to an end as current reports have confirmed that Arsenal have reached an agreement with Celtic.

Arsenal has finally reached an agreement with Celtic over the signing of Kieran Tierney after having been in talks for more than two months. The Arsenal fans will definitely be delighted that this transfer saga finally comes to an end after many weeks of speculation about the future of the Scottish left back.

Arsenal head coach Unai Emery made it clear to the hierarchy of the club that he wants a new left back this summer since he wasn’t happy with the performance of both Sead Kolasinac and Nacho Monreal in the 2018/19 campaign and the club then decided to try and sign Celtic left back Kieran Tierney who is highly rated.

Celtic rejected two bids from Arsenal but the gunners have finally agreed a £25million deal with the Scottish Champions for the signature of Kieran Tierney according to BBC SPORT. The report also claimed that Kieran Tierney has tonight decided to board a plane to travel to London to complete his move to the Emirates Stadium.

Kieran Tierney will be a magnificent signing for Arsenal as this will definitely allow Unai Emery to continue with his playing style as their soon to be new left back is great defensively and going forward. And Emery showed last season that he wants his team to be creating chances through full backs so Kieran Tierney will be an awesome signing.
