Unai Emery reveals Arsenal’s Summer plans

Arsenal has not signed any players in this transfer window and Unai Emery has however revealed their Summer transfer window plans.

Arsenal completed the signing of five players in the 2018 Summer transfer window but it hasn’t brought any new faces at the North London club in this January transfer window. Arsenal boss Unai Emery has confirmed that the gunners will have money to spend in the Summer.

The gunners have been forced to get players on loan deals in this transfer window because of FFP rules but some of the Arsenal fans believe that the club is refusing to spend money yet they clearly need new players to compete for a spot in the Premier League top four. Arsenal received a lot of pressure from the fans this month after Unai Emery said that the club can only sign players on loan deals and he has added further information on this, as he says that he has been informed by the club that it’s not good to buy players in this transfer window.

“The club are telling me that this moment is not good to buy players. ‘But the club say to me in the summer it is going to be different and we are going to have chances to spend money.” Unai Emery told Daily Mail.

Arsenal will be hoping to get back into the UEFA Champions League next season so that they can get bonuses of participating in the most famous European competition. The North Londoners are currently in only the Premier League and the UEFA Europa League, and the fans are calling on the club to sign some defenders before the transfer window closes.
