Unai Emery makes big hint at signing Denis Suarez this January

The Gunners are currently having a good season because they are near the top four, qualified to the FA Cup fourth round and in the UEFA Europa League round of 32 but the Arsenal fans still believe that their team still needs some new signings. Unai Emery signed five players in the Summer transfer window.

The Winter transfer window has opened but Arsenal is yet to sign any player and even though most people believe that the North Londoners will sign defenders but current reports suggest that the gunners will soon finalize the signing of Barcelona star Denis Suarez who has found chances limited at the Spanish giants.

Arsenal faced Blackpool on Saturday and they won the match 3-0, after the game, Unai Emery faced the media to give out his post-match analysis but he was also asked on if the Gunners are close to signing Denis Suarez but he gave a straight; “I don’t know ” answer but he did give a hint at signing the Spanish international.

Unai Emery then talked about the type of players they need and he said that they need right or left wingers if possible who can help them but he said that they can only sign quality players. And a reporter then asked him what position Denis Suarez used to play when they were together in Spain and he said telling Arsenal Media.

“He was playing as a left or right-winger for Sevilla when he was with me.” The Arsenal coach said.

So Unai Emery said that the gunners need wingers and also confirmed that Denis Suarez used to play as a winger for him in the past so is it a coincidence? or a big hint. Only time will tell.
