Rumour: Unai Emery reportedly makes move for Real Madrid star

Current reports from Spain claim that Arsenal head coach Unai Emery is interested in Real Madrid star James Rodriguez who is on loan at Bayern Munich.

Arsenal is among the clubs that are usually linked with a number of players but end up signing someone who most never expected and today there’s been another report which claims that Unai Emery wants to sign Real Madrid star James Rodriguez in the January transfer window.

The gunners currently have an injury crisis and the Arsenal supporters are urging the club to sign defenders because they aren’t happy with the rate at which they are conceding goals this season so it’s surprising that Unai Emery reportedly wants to sign an attacking midfielder. James Rodriguez is reportedly unhappy at Bayern Munich ( he’s on loan there ) and his current club Real Madrid don’t fancy bringing him back to the Santiago Bernabéu.

The Mirror who claimed that Arsenal boss Unai Emery wants James Rodriguez claim that the gunners will be hoping to use the current situation to convince the Colombian international to coming to Arsenal but truthfully, this report seems absurd because some rumour claims that the North Londoners don’t have enough money to sign Denis Suarez who costs just £20million.

James Rodriguez is valued at £62million and it would be a big surprise if Arsenal gave this money to Unai Emery in the January transfer window but you never know, the gunners did sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the January transfer window.
