Report: Why Unai Emery must start Mesut Ozil against Manchester United

Arsenal faces Manchester United tomorrow and its going to be an epic match because they will need to show that they can be consistent.

The gunners will on Friday welcome Manchester United to the Emirates Stadium to battle for a spot in the next round of the FA Cup. It’s an important match for Arsenal because it will need to show that it kept its form shown in its win against Chelsea so let’s see why Unai Emery should give Mesut Ozil a chance in this game.

MESUT OZIL NEEDS THE CONFIDENCE

There were various reports which claimed that the gunners were going to sell Mesut Ozil in this transfer window to raise funds to bring in new faces but it’s now obvious that he won’t be leaving since Unai Emery said he needs him to stay because they need his quality.

Mesut Ozil has not played in a match since Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion and has numerous times been left out of the match day squad. So now Unai Emery has a very important player with low confidence so it will be best if, Unai Emery gives him a chance to be in the starting eleven that faces Manchester United tomorrow.

MESUT OZIL CAN BREAK DOWN MANCHESTER UNITED’S DEFENCE

Manchester United’s defence is as weak as that of Arsenal and Mesut Ozil has over the years proved that he has great vision, and can create chances out of nothing. Arsenal made a 2-2 draw with Manchester United in November and the way by which the goals both clubs conceded, it proved how they have poor defences so it will be logical enough if Unai Emery uses Mesut Ozil in this game.
