Mesut Ozil reacts on Arsenal’s win and Bellerin’s injury

Mesut Ozil was not in the starting eleven that faced Chelsea last night and the midfielder has reacted on the win and result.

The gunners faced Chelsea last night and it won the match 2-0 thanks to goals from Alexandre Lacazette and Laurent Koscielny. Mesut Ozil was in the 18 man squad of this game but he however started on the bench and was an unused substitute.

The gunners won the match without him and Unai Emery will definitely be happy that he was not criticized by the Arsenal supporters for leaving him out on the bench because the team on the pitch was able to get all the three valuable points. Mesut Ozil’s reactions were however good because he was seen smiling on the bench as the match progressed.

Mesut Ozil must have also been happy with the performance of his fellow teammates as he also tweeted thanking the team for putting on a great performance against London rivals Chelsea.

He wrote;

“Congratulations to the whole team tonight. Well played, Gunners Wishing a speedy recovery to HectorBellerin.”

Most of the Arsenal supporters replied saying that they hope that he keeps fighting hard because he will soon make his way back into the starting eleven, hopefully against Manchester United in the FA Cup tie that will be played on Friday this upcoming week.

Mesut Ozil has been linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium this month but his agent recently confirmed that the German international won’t be leaving Arsenal any time soon.
