Juventus makes a proposal to Arsenal about Aaron Ramsey

Arsenal will this year say goodbye to Aaron Ramsey who has been with them for a decade. Arsenal decided to withdraw their offer for Ramsey after Unai Emery reportedly advised the club not to give the Wales international a new deal. Juventus chief recently confirmed their interest in Aaron Ramsey but said that the midfielder is still an Arsenal player for now.

Most of the Arsenal fans are disappointed with the club because one of their best players – Aaron Ramsey is leaving for free yet they could have at least got money from his selling which could have been used to sign a replacement for the Wales international. There is however a surprising report by Italian outlet Calcio Mercato which claims that Juventus have given Arsenal a proposal with the hope of getting Aaron Ramsey in this transfer window even though it’s believed that he will leave at the end of the season.

The proposal is that Juventus are ready to sign Aaron Ramsey this January and are willing to offer Sami Khedira as part of the deal which would see the former Cardiff City midfielder make his way to Italian Serie A. It is said that Sami Khedira has always been wanted by Arsenal’s new coach Unai Emery who has over the years shown that he likes experienced old players.

This could be a fair deal for the gunners since they will lose Aaron Ramsey for free at the end of this season and in terms of the team’s performance without him, Arsenal has won many matches this season when he is on the bench so it wouldn’t affect them so much.
