Ozil misses, Monreal is back: Arsenal players train ahead of Man Utd game

Arsenal players hit the ground running at the London Colney on Tuesday but Mesut Ozil missed the training session while Monreal is back.

The gunners will tomorrow face Manchester United at the Old Trafford and the Arsenal fans don’t want to receive any disappoint from that game because the Red Devils have struggled against teams like Southampton this season, so it would be embarrassing for the gunners to lose to Manchester United. Arsenal has begun preparations for the game and they trained at the London Colney on Tuesday so here are some things observed from today’s training sessions.

(1) MESUT OZIL DID NOT TRAIN TODAY

Above is a picture which shows many players that took part in today’s training and some other pictures released by the club didn’t show Mesut Ozil, so its some sort of confirmation that the German midfielder might miss the Manchester United game on Wednesday. Ozil missed the match against Tottenham Hotspur because he had back spasms but it seems he still isn’t fully fit to play.

Some reports say that the German international doesn’t fit into the new formations which Unai Emery wants to introduce at the North London club.

(2) NACHO MONREAL IS BACK

As seen in the above picture, Nacho Monreal has returned to full training ahead of their match against Manchester United, he might however not be on the squad that travels to Old Trafford since he just returned and needs some rest before he can start playing again. So the gunners might use Sead Kolasinac again and the Arsenal fans love him now so much nowadays because of the great crosses he makes.
