Arsenal: Unai Emery to make changes as provisional squad to face Liverpool released

Premier League returns this weekend and it sees the gunners face Liverpool who have been exceptional this season because they are yet to lose a game in PL this season. Unai Emery has in the last few weeks been making poor lineups which have led to the gunners winning just once in their last four matches.

Arsenal fans will be hoping that their boss Unai Emery uses a good lineup against Liverpool because it could be their toughest match of the season since the league leaders are on form in the 2018/19 campaign. The Mirror has released the Arsenal provisional squad to face Liverpool and it seems Unai Emery might make a number of changes to his squad.

ARSENAL PROVISIONAL SQUAD TO FACE LIVERPOOL ON SATURDAY

Martinez, Cech, Leno, Jenkinson, Lichtsteiner, Koscielny, Sokratis, Mustafi, Medley, Maitland-Niles, Elneny, Xhaka, Guendouzi, Torreira, Ramsey, Iwobi, Ozil, Saka, Lacazette, Nketiah, Aubameyang

Arsenal right back Stephan Lichtsteiner was criticized by many Arsenal supporters because of his mistake that led to the goal which the gunners conceced against Brighton & Hove Albion. And since Carl Jenkinson is in the provisional squad then this is a major hint that Unai Emery might use him against Liverpool.

Most of the Arsenal fans will be hoping to see Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette on the starting eleven that faces Liverpool tomorrow because the last few weeks  have shown that Unai Emery doesn’t like them. Aaron Ramsey came in as a substitute on Wednesday when the gunners faced Brighton & Hove Albion and Unai Emery said that he was impressed with his performance, and has hint at starting him against The Reds.
