Lacazette Says That Mesut Ozil Isn’t The Real Shirt no.10

Mesut Ozil arrived at the Emirates Stadium in 2013 and the German international was forced to take the no.11 shirt because the shirt no.10 was already occupied by Jack Wilshere who everyone knew that would not leave the North London club any time soon.

Jack Wilshere finally left Arsenal in the 2018 summer transfer window after his contract at the Emirates Stadium expired and he also wanted to leave since Unai Emery did not promise to give him enough chances. Getting back to the point, Mesut Ozil was then given his long desired shirt no.10 after five years of waiting.

Mesut Ozil was very happy about getting the shirt no.10 because he said in most interviews that to him, it is more than a jersey number but it seems like one of his teammates doesn’t believe that he is the real no.10. Alexandre Lacazette posted a picture on his official Instagram which shows him wearing Mesut Ozil’s training kit with a caption of:
“The Real Number 10, @m10_official sorry bro.” Ozil also replied saying “bla bla bla”

It seems the Arsenal fans loved the banter which their players were doing and most of them replied with laughing emojis.
