Arsenal Gives Update On Bellerin, Monreal, Kolasinac And Elneny’s Injuries

Arsenal’s winning streak of 11 matches ended on Sunday after the gunners made a draw with Crystal Palace and one of the reasons why they didn’t win that match is because they played without a real left back because both Sead Kolasinac and Nacho Monreal are injured. Arsenal’s next match is against Blackpool and the club has released an injury update on its official website.

Sead Kolasinac and Nacho Monreal have minor hamstring injuries and the club has revealed that they will be assessed before their Wednesday’s match against Blackpool. Arsenal fans will be hoping that either of these two left backs becomes available for the Carabao Cup match because playing Granit Xhaka in the left back position cost them three points last weekend.

Arsenal right back Hector Bellerin played only 45 minutes against Crystal Palace and the club has confirmed that the Spanish international will miss their match against Blackpool due to a thigh injury. It is however said that he could still be back before they face Liverpool next month, he will be highly needed against the Reds because they have very fast wingers.

As always reported, Laurent Koscielny is still in the process of being integrated back into full training while Dinos Mavropanos will be begin full training in November. There’s some bad news for the gunners as Arsenal confirms that Mohamed Elneny will be out for two weeks due to a thigh injury.
