Cardiff City Vs Arsenal Match Preview

Arsenal's fourth Premier League match of the season sees the gunners take on Cardiff City which got promoted to the EPL this season.

Arsenal will play against Cardiff City on Sunday in Wales and the gunners will be hoping to get their second win of the season after collecting three points against West Ham United last week at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal new boss Unai Emery has been under pressure in his first four weeks into the new season  at Arsenal because he lost his first two matches against Manchester City and Chelsea but he luckily got his first three points thanks to a splendid performance from his squad against West Ham United.

Cardiff City has also had a rough start to the new season because they are currently in the 15th position with just 2 points but premier league betting predictions  doesn’t give the Bluebirds many odds on beating Arsenal because the gunners have been poor so far this season.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery will likely play with one striker against Cardiff even though the fans have told him to be using both Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the starting eleven but he has insisted that he wants to balance the team because the defensive and attacking moments need to be perfectly done. There are rumours that Alexandre Lacazette may finally start against Cardiff City but this will see Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang get benched for the first time this season.

The gunners have so far played one away match and they lost, and this has made Arsenal fans panick that their team might have a horrible record when playing away from home as last season. Cardiff City has not been in the Premier League for four years and the last time they faced Arsenal was in 2014, and the gunners defeated the Bluebirds 2 nil.

There were reports that Unai Emery wanted to try Mesut Ozil in a new position against West Ham United before the German international confirmed that he had an illness, so the Arsenal fans will be waiting to see him in this reportedly new position when the gunners take on Cardiff City on Sunday.
