Arsenal To Announce Signing Of £25million Midfielder Next Week

The gunners are eagerly waiting for the official announcement of signing Lucas Torreira but new report reveals that the deal will be completed next week

Arsenal have been linked with Lucas Torreira for about three weeks now and the gooners are waiting for an official announcement from the club.

The Mirror claims that the gunners will complete the signing of Lucas Torreira ‘next week’ after many weeks of speculations on the future of the Uruguayan international who was continually been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium.

Lucas Torreira is now with Uruguay national team in Russia for the FIFA WORLD CUP and he has been impressive in the competition, and the Arsenal supporters can’t wait to see him in their jersey next season as Unai Emery’s reign makes a beginning.

It is believed that Uruguay’s stay in the FIFA World Cup is causing the delay of the transfer of the Sampdoria defensive midfielder to Arsenal but the player has reportedly agreed personal terms with the gunners.

Reports say that Lucas Torreira’s deal to the Emirates Stadium will cost the North Londoners an amount of £25million to acquire the services of the player.
