Unai Emery Wants To Bring Sevilla Star To Emirates Stadium

The gunners have been linked with a number of players after the appointment of Unai Emery and Steven Nzonzi is also reported to be among the transfer targets of Arsenal.

The new season is just around the corner and all Premier League clubs are on a look out for players that will strengthen them in the up coming 2018/19 season. The new season will be a special one for Arsenal fans because they have a new manager who they would like to see how he performs.

Unai Emery has already started working with Arsenal’s head of recruitment Sven Mislitant in their quest to look for new signings that will be of importance to the current club, it is reported that the new manager wants to also sign a defensive midfielder so that he can strengthen the midfield of the North Londoners because it was very porous last season.

Unai Emery would like to bring Steven Nzonzi at the Emirates Stadium according to Estadio Deportivo who say that the Spanish manager believes that the club needs him at the Emirates Stadium because there an doubts whether Jack Wilshere will be staying at Arsenal and Granit Xhaka under performed last season in that role.

Steven Nzonzi is a proven midfielder who can dictate the midfield very well if he comes to Arsenal and he also has the advantage of having been played in the Premier League in the past so he would cope up to the pace in the English league faster than a foreign player.
