Report: Ever Banega Wants Move To Arsenal But On One Condition

Arsenal manager Unai Emery wants to sign Sevilla midfielder Ever Banega but the player has told them his condition before he signs.

Arsenal are busy in the transfer window because new manager Unai Emery wants to bolster his squad before the start of the pre-season matches which kick off in late July.

The gunners were reported to be interested in Sevilla midfielder Ever Banega a few days ago and it is now said that the player also wants to come to the Emirates Stadium but on one condition according La Colina de Nervion.

The Argentinian international worked with Arsenal’s manager Unai Emery when he was still in the Spanish LA liga at Valencia and then later at Sevilla so the boss wants to be reunited with the player at the Emirates Stadium this summer.

The report says that Ever Banega has told Unai Emery that he needs assurance from him that his position will be available for him at the club because he doesn’t want to be a bench warmer in the English Premier League so he will wait to hear from the Arsenal manager before he can make a decision on whether he signs for the club.

Arsenal have just lost Jack Wilshere and the club wants a replacement for him but it was earlier understood that Lucas Torreira would be the one replacing the Englishman but it turns the club want to sign the Sevilla midfielder who will replace the departing gunner.

Ever Banega will likely cost the North Londoners a minimum of £10million if they want to sign him this summer but they want to first wait for him to accept personal terms with them before engaging the club.
