Report: Arsenal Fans Need To Be Happy Because Of Argentina’s Early World Cup Exit

Argentina has got knocked out from the FIFA World Cup by France but this is somehow good news to Arsenal supporters.

The World Cup is getting more interesting each and everyday and now the big guns are meeting each other in the knockout stages. Argentina took on France today and lost the match on a 4-3 scoreline.

Probably asking, how does this concern Arsenal? The gunners have been linked with Sevilla midfielder Ever Banega for the past few weeks and it’s been reported that the midfielder didn’t want to alter his thoughts away from his national duty.

So Argentina is now eliminated from the competition so the midfielder will now focus on club football which will include him taking a look at the offer which Arsenal wants to give him this summer. Ever Banega is reportedly wanted by Arsenal’s new manager Unai Emery who was his coach a few years ago before he left the club.

Arsenal will be hoping to complete the signing of Ever Banega next month and Sevilla have already taken into consideration that they might lose the midfielder so they have already confirmed the signing of who many believe is the replacement for the soon departing player.
