Wenger Reveals The Latest On Wilshere’s Future

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere will be out of contract at the end and of this season and he is yet to sign a new deal with the North Londoners, Arsene Wenger has revealed the latest on the contract renewal talks.

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere will be out of contract at the end of this season and there hasn’t been any clear announcements on whether the negotiations have begun.

The midfielder has also been quite regarding this matter leaving the fans who are desperate to know if the 26 year old will be at the Emirates Stadium next season because he is a fan favourite in North London after making his breakthrough at the age of 17.

Arsene Wenger was asked about the current situation of Jack Wilshere and he confirmed that the club has offered the midfielder a new deal but he is yet to sign;

“I don’t know what is in his (Wilshere) mind. He has an offer and we want him to stay but he hasn’t signed.” the manager said in today’s press conference.

The Arsenal fans will now be worried because it is not clear whether Jack Wilshere has made up his mind to leave the gunners at the end of this season because his contract will have already expired meaning he will be a free agent in two months.

Jack Wilshere has always been a passionate Arsenal player but it seems he isn’t happy with the offer the club offered him because it will see him get a pay cut on his current wages, something which he believes is disrespectful.
