The gunners are currently making the final paper work in the transfer of Alexis Sanchez to Manchester United which is expected to be announced today.

There has been reports saying that the gunners have started negotiations and have succeded in convincing Manchester United to let go of Mkhitaryan to the Emirates stadium as part of the deal.

The manager has indirectly confirmed that a swap Deal is on the cards after he said the deal will not be a one way traffic;

“Our fans know Alexis will not extend, they have accepted that idea and the fact it will not be one way traffic.’ the manager is quoted by METRO SPORT.

‘‘We lose a player, yes, but we. could gain another player. I think one would replace the other.”

It is true what the manager has said about the Gooners accepting the fact that they will have to be rivals now with their star man Alexis Sanchez will be leaving the club this month but the positive thing about this is that they will be getting Mkhitaryan in return and he is a proved great attacking midfielder.

The gunners have finished almost a full year trying to convince Alexis Sanchez to put pen to a new contract but all those struggles have failed miserably because the Chilean international made it clear that he doesn’t want to play for the gunners again.
