Arsenal have started the season in a manner which the supporters were not expecting because they have suffered some embarrassing defeats. Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi has been on the radar of top European clubs who have been trying to capture the signature of the German international in the January transfer window.

There has been a report today by the MIRROR SPORT which says that the defender won’t be joining Inter Milan this coming transfer window or any other clubs that were on the look out for the situation of the player leaving at Arsenal because there were rumours that Shkodran Mustafi was no longer interested in staying at the Emirates stadium and is regretting but seems that this was all rumours per the latest transfer rumours.

It is said that Arsene Wenger is working a round the clock to try and prevent any of his star players leaving because he doesn’t want to go back to the transfer market midst the season because he has always lamented that he is against FIFA’s decision to have another transfer window in the middle of the season, he says that it disorganizes players so he won’t be letting go of Shkodran Mustafi.

Arsene Wenger signed the former Valencia man in the 2016 summer for a fee above £30 million and the German international has proved that he is worth the amount he costed the French manager over the months, the gunners were very happy to have him back in the squad after he was on the sidelines over the last few weeks, he is regarded as the pillar of the Arsenal defense alongside Laurent Koscielny making a fantastic combination that protects the goalkeeper.

The gunners are playing against Burnley today and the defender is expected to be given start.
