Mesut Ozil has been heavily linked with a number of clubs but mostly Manchester United who are said to be interested in the Arsenal midfielder whose contract ends within the next months but there was an anonymous article circulating all over the internet saying that Mesut Ozil has told teammates that he is leaving soon but Arsene Wenger says that those rumours are false because he sees player as very contented with the North Londoners. It is said that the German international wants to leave the gunners because he would like to be reunited with his former manager Jose Mourinho.

There were reports this week saying that Mesut Ozil is no longer looking lively and happy while in training which has raised the speculations on the future of the former Real Madrid star because it is said that he wants to leave the Emirates stadium in this recent January transfer window which means that the supporters of Arsenal may have only 2 months seeing Mesut Ozil in their red and white stripes but this would mean that Arsene Wenger will need to bring a suitable replacement for the player because he is a fan favorite.
